SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES 岗位职责
1.Develop new clients and business; find out potential needs of business effectively; and participate in demand research and diagnostic analysis;
开发新客户，有效挖掘客户潜在培训需求，并参与需求调研与诊断分析；
2.Identify customized solutions and quotation to meet the request outlined by client feedback, finally reach an agreement;
结合客户的需求点及现有师资，迅速制定有针对性的方案及报价，并与客户达成共识；
3.Organize the training projects and ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality;
组织培训实施，提升客户满意度；
4.Provide training evaluation report; establish the client’s training portfolios; and provide follow-up suggestions to build up long-term cooperation;
提供培训反馈报告，建立客户的培训档案，向客户提供后续的培训建议，寻求长期合作；
5.Organize share meetings and share experience and ideas with team members as well as other colleagues; coach assistant training consultant; introduce new trainers and other resources of the industry, establish good relationship with trainers;
参与团队分享，指导助理培训顾问的工作；引进讲师资源，并与讲师保持良好沟通；
6.Learn all products of corporation to make Cross-Selling.
了解公司其他产品，销售公司的其他产品，实现跨部门产品的销售和合作。
QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 任职要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing /Management /Human Resource /English /Psychology preferred;
本科及以上学历，市场营销/管理/人力资源/英语/心理学专业优先；
2.3 years of relevant experience in sales, training solution selling or consulting preferred; or a similar position in training companies;
三年以上销售经验，培训/咨询公司工作经验优先；
3.Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills;
熟练运用office等办公软件，精通PowerPoint制作、Word排版、Excel运用等；
4.Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative;
工作积极主动；
5.Excellent communication skills and good at analytical thinking abilities are required; being able to precisely grasp the needs of clients and quick response to them at very first time;
善于沟通和分析，对目标客户进行有效筛选，能够准确抓住客户的需求点，并迅速反应；
6.Enjoy learning and thinking, having willingness and passion for training consulting, and wanting to engage in training and consulting work in the future.
善于思考和学习，对于培训及咨询有浓厚兴趣，愿意长期从事培训咨询工作。
