职位描述：
Position Summary:
Maintain existing business in process tool makers, develop all Entegris business opportunity from process tool makers related to semiconductor manufacturing as well as other relative electronic industry.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
? Work as account owner, represent the company to the customers in all sales related activities.
? Understands customer’s business and technology road map, drives internal teams for continuous improvement to get POR position.
? Understands corporate, division and field operations goals, and develops account strategies to achieve set sales objectives with the support from team leader.
? Understands pricing and marketing strategy, follow the strategy to maximize revenue, margin and market share at accounts.
? Effectively utilizes the support of Product management, Technical support R&D and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.
? Supports channel partners to achieve indirect sales goal.
? Maintains Service Available Market Share projections.
? Develops and maintains relationships with customers, ensures Entegris is supporting customer’s long term business strategy.
? Works closely with Finance, Logistics, BU and Quality to eliminate non value added cost to improve competitiveness.
? Works in a self-directed and responsible manner.
? Adheres to Company policies, procedures, and applicable budget requirements.
? Works with sense of teamwork.


Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):
Bachelor and above, Electronic or chemistry major
5 years working experience at process tool ( Dry/Wet etch cleaning, CVD, PVD, CMP, Photolithography or Implant) or relative gas/liquid engineering, 2 years above working experience in global OEM/PTM is preferred,
Excellent English listen, speak, read and Writing skill 举报 分享
