Main Objectives
1. Enlarge the capacity of legal department to better support different companies & units within China
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a member of the in-house team
2. Legal research on the topics assigned by Legal Counsels
3. Draft, review and translate contracts and legal documents
4. Prepare slides for legal topics/projects
5. Assist Legal Counsels to support business for different branches, affiliates and units
6. Logistics arrangement for Legal trainings and other administrative affairs
7. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Legal Counsels
Basic Requirements
English Top Legal English communication both in oral and written form
German Preferred but not a must
Computer Good command in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.
