Position summary

· Analyse Internal and   external potential risk in operation; · Summarize and provide   analysis reports. Investigate suspected case and prepare case report. · Coordination with   relevant departments to take positive preventions, conduct training and   communication to ensure assistance service is on the rails.

Position Accountabilities

Coordination with relevant   departments to take positive preventions, conduct training and communication   to ensure assistance service is on the rails. · Provide rationalization proposal and analysis   reports. · Assist to formulate all types of report templates   based on request and prepare reports on time. · Responsibility for initial data processing. · Assist to formulate operational risk management   policy, flow chart and documents. · Evaluate risk in operation and coordinate with   other team on prevention implementation. · Assist to conduct training and publicity of   operational risk management. · Investigate suspected case, and prepare case   report. · Present solution of risk case and record result. · Analyse typical cases and improve investigation   process. · Provide provider network service quality and   development reports on time based on request.

Required Qualifications

· Degree or diploma holder in automotive   engineering, general engineering, or other related fields · Proven track record in automotive or other   related industry could substitute for physical qualifications. · Good logical analysis, precise elaborative   faculty and acuminous judgment · Good communication skill and team work in spirit. · Good at on edition words. Good skill in using of   all type of office software. · Fluent Mandarin and English are essential in   written and oral.
