At a Glance:

Explore, develop and maintain clients (travel agencies, TMC, other tourism relevant organizations), educating and cultivating them familiar with and use BOL system in daily operation to generating booking.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with travel agents, capture new clients, develop growth opportunities with existing ones.
  2. Identify client requirements by sales visit, tele-marketing, provide customized solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver weekly sales visit, reports and data records.
  4. Customer focus, enters the customer's world through listening and understanding skills
  5. With good ability of data analysis.
  6. Do goal setting and short term planning. Achieves results by setting goals using quality planning and analysis.
  7. Fulfill sales KPI
  8. To be a valued member and actively involved in achieving team objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • An undergraduate degree from university
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks well
  • With strong self-discipline for home base work
  • Good computer skill (Microsoft Office and PPT)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A proactive working style, reliable and punctual, customer oriented, well organized, self-motivated
  • Good team working within section and across departments
  • Ability of working in cross-cultural company

Preference: Background of sales; Project management experience; 1 or 2 years experience in the field of travel
