职位描述：

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

1.Develop digital marketing strategy and manage the daily operation on owned media (i.e, weibo, wechat, BBS, etc.) Work with team to develop social media plan for media events and integrated marketing campaigns.
2.Support development of new website structure and regular maintenance on website.
3.Manage digital marketing agency in program execution and long term development
4.Responsible for content management of online community.
5.Enrich the functions of online marketing for different marketing activities and communications. Develop new market opportunity through social media platform that benefit to the company's brand positioning.
6.Design & implement projects to achieve the roadmap (ex: IWOM engagement, traffic generation and management, web page optimization, online marketing activities, partnership with internet site etc)

7.Maintain a local network of media relationships together with the Marketing Manager, keeping them closely informed of our forthcoming programmes, projects and initiatives by talking to and meeting regularly with key media contacts.

8.Provide events and promotions team with media support, through liaison with project leaders, to develop a communications strategy, key messages, media management, provide branding, press releases to target media and differentiated messages to support, with contributions to project evaluation reports.

9.Provide monthly updates through researching trade and consumer media to keep departments informed on trends, innovations, and changes in the market to enhance the organization’s understanding of the customer and market dynamics and requirements for the development of future activities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
1.A degree in Marketing/Communications/Media Studies/English/literary Studies/design and minimum 5 years experience in similar role or as PR agency account/creative supervisor:
2.Mature with excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills in English and Mandarin
3.Full of drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
4.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
5.Ability to cope with pressure
6.Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative
7.Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
8.Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
