General Responsibilities:
Assist warehouse supervisor in WMS data analysis, daily maintenance in WMS, assist Local/Global IT in IT facility configuration

Detailed Responsibilities:
Check in system for both inbound and outbound orders to see if the transaction is successful, need to communicate with Customer and DSV Spain
Check if the orders released match with inventory; if no-full cartons with the order; if duplicated order lines; ask Customer to update if any then calculate the CBM and feed back to CS
Allocating the orders and split the orders when needed
Order Adjustment in system in case needed
Check if there is any error during data maintaining process via exporting the order lines, then resolve
Daily dynamic stock check and weekly put-away stock check
Inventory control daily base
Some data maintaining work if needed
System problem shooting, RDT problem shooting, communication with local and global IT
Annual and customs stocktaking handling
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Competency & Qualifications:
1. College degree above, CET 6 above, relevant major preferred
2. more than 2 years experience of relevant industry, familiar with WMS/RDT operation
3. Some of warehouse management experience preferred
4. Excel, basic IT software/hardware knowledge
5. Hard-working, team-work, eager to learn
