职位描述
MISSION
1. Maximize the OES Sales & Gross Margins of all Valeo Products lines in his/her geographical area.
2. Identify all opportunities for sales growth in terms of products, service, market share gain, promotion, new businesses and international development.
3. Define and implement the OES sales strategy for all Valeo Product Groups in his respective region, in close relation with Valeo Service Marketing and the industrial operations.
4. Monitor sales, gross-margin, price index, order intake and logistics OES performance in his/her region.
5. Prepare and execute together with the relevant Business Group counterpart(s) the necessary actions to address any commercial or operations issue.
6. Organize the work and develop of his OES Team as per Valeo culture and tools.
COMMENTS
1. University degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Engineering
2. Minimum 8 years in automotive market, and knowledge of aftermarket
3. Excellent English level, French will be a plus;
4. Communication, Team Player , Customer Orientation (internal and external), International Mindset
