职位描述：
Major Duties & Accountabilities:
1. Production Performance
1) On-time delivery
2) Finished product yield
3) Scrap rate
4) Customer complaint caused by production
5) VOP (value of production)

2. Production Improvement
1) Productivity & efficiency improvement
2) CIP via Lean management
3) Cost optimization e.g. auxiliary material including gloves, cleaning chemicals, grind material and tools, etc

3. Organization and People Development
1) Work force training for competency upgrading
2) Safety management
3) Security management for production area assets and property

4. Facility, Tools, and Machine Maintenance
1) Routine maintenance program, and activity of tools, machines and facilities

5. Daily Management
1) Management of production staff
2) Development & maintenance of production procedures
3) Production process management and control
4) Production fulfilment according to production plan, and quality standards
5) Continuous improvement, quality improvement, productivity improvement, Zero Defect, Zero Accidents, no backlog
6) Production cost reduction and optimization
7) Collaboration with PMC function, on production order prioritization
8) Collaboration with NPI function, on new product release during the manufacturing phase


Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering or equivalent.
2.Above 10 years experience in production management, multinational company production management experience is preferred.
3.Solid experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing.
4.Proven track record in production management excellence.
5.Self-driven personality with strong business focus. Highly responsible and cost conscious.
6.Good coordination, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
7.Good command of PC skill.
