Assist China Finance director and operation controller to collect and develop the financial analysis reports and meet with the operation management’s requirement on closing, forecast and budget.

对内沟通 Inside Communication: All departments of company including group and overseas， cross plants and CMC headquarter

对外沟通 Outside Communication: Bank, Financial institute, Supplier ,customer, government relative departments


主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:
1) Ensure the plant’s property safety and operating effectively
2) Assist plant manager to achieve the annual budget planning
3) Take initiative to build and develop the internal control process
4) Assist CMC operation controller to collect and prepare the financial analysis reports and develop the regular monthly review process to keep the alignment between plant and CMC
5) Build up and develop an lean and strong finance team not only support the daily operation transactions but also advice the valuable financial analysis to improve the biz results of plant;
6) Manage the OPEX and CAPEX within the budget and update into rolling forecast
7) Advises local operation management team on the profitability of its short- and long-range planning
8) Utilize financial tools to manage the cash flow and minimize the interest cost when using the funds. Improve the cash forecast accuracy.
9) Maintain and develop the internal control environment. Focus on the cost, assets movement, sales recognition, scrap management etc.
10) Manage the working capital including DOH, DSO and DPO to align the KPI of region
11) In charge of monthly, quarterly plant closing review, forecast review and annual budget review and assist local plant manage to deliver the results as commitment in forecast or planning.

关键任职资格Key Competencies:
? Strong back ground of finance and accounting especially the working experience in multi-national companies as a management position for at least 5 years
? Business partner mind set as well as buisness accume
? High self-motivation
? Good communication skills with the internal and external customers
? Good leadship systle with similar experience
? Strong Controling sense and acknowlege in manufactures
? Be familar with the local, IFIRS accounting polies
? Well understanding of China tax reglation and normal treasury policies in China
? Quick learning and willing to accept the challenges
? Good self-adjustment capabiites to adapt the daily work pressure

学历与经验Education and Experience:
正规统招大学财务、金融管理或相关本科学历以上。
Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Finance management , Management Engineering or Engineering.
具有国际公司财务管理岗位至少5年以上的经验。
