Key Accountabilities:
1. To contact potential customers to obtain new business with planned strategy and objective.
2. To maintain regular and productive contacts with existing customers with the aim of growing
further business for the various products – Air, Ocean, DS, or DCS.
3. To solicit and analyze sales / competitive market information to formulate productive sales target
And strategy.
4. To cooperate with the various operations department to provide follow-up services as needed by the customers.
5. To develop competitive sales lead for overseas counterparts.
6. To be responsible for account administration which includes setting up credit facilities,
monitoring customers’ timely AR settlement and resolving unbilled invoice issue within a given time frame.
7. To update all call data / information timely and accurately into system after each sales visit.
8. To maintain and work on a number of potential targets / business opportunities at any one time as
specified by the Company.
9. To work as a team to achieve Department’s objectives and Company’s target growth.
10. To take up additional sales tasks / projects as required to meet the Company’s needs.
Expectations from Immediate Supervisor:
1. To achieve budgeted sales targets and objectives.
2. To comply with Company’s sales direction and policies.
3. To achieve personal revenue growth of 20% annually.
