Respinsibilitles:
1.Liaising with stand contractor, forwarder, travel agent, venue, registration service provider,to ensure quality services are provided;
2.Supervise and monitor related exhibitor informaiton collection;
3.Liaising with relevant internal and external parties (such as government departments), for event logistic issues.
Requirements;
1. Degree holder in Marketing / Business / Mass Communications;
2. Minimum 4 years experience in event manangement industry, with operations experience; previous working experience in international firms in China is an added advantage;
3. Able to work independent,result oriented,willing to take responsibilities and achieve targets;
4. With marketing and operations experience,critical thinking;
5. A good team player, detail minded, result oriented and willing to work under pressure;
6.Good command of written and spoken English, CET-6 is required;
7.Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing.
