Overview of the Position:
The mission of the Mechanical Engineer , within product care organization consist in
- Design mechanical modules of equipments own by the division, according to the product specifications. (From calculation, principle schemes, up to assembly design and details drawings)
- Manage the cycle life of such mechanical module.
- Analyse, treat all the Corrective Actions Requests, and manage all modifications related to mechanical module.
- Decline variants and customizations of mechanical BOM in order to secure their availability for Order Fulfilment.
- Secure the availability and update of the technical documentation, training support related to mechanical modules.
- Define the spare parts list and the maintenance periodicity related to mechanical modules.
- Liaise with electrical & automation department to secure proper integration of the product.
- Accountable of the performance, reliability, safety compliance and cost of the equipment (as far as mechanical design is concerned).
- Support sourcing, procurement, production, field and options & upgrade department in their daily activities.
- Liaise and eventually managed some external subcontractors.
- Opportunity to grow within the Engineering department.

Education & Languages :
-Master Technical diploma or university degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical design, including structural design calculation capabilities.
- Good knowledge of materials, manufacturing technology and machinery normative.
- Fluent in written and speaking English, Italian & French could be a must

Professional Skills & Experience :
- Experience in 3 D Cad system (Solidworks , Autocad), and ERP system ( SAP...)
- Good technical skills and understanding of industrial workflow.
- Good capability of communication as the mission will have to interact with product division, sourcing, production and suppliers worldwide.
- Strong technical leader ship
- Availability to travel abroad
