MISSIONS :

- To take the responsibility for on site activities management in term of quotation, preparation and coordination from day one of field activities to resolution of pending issues.

- To deliver offer for installation ( new equipment or installation of big refurbishing ) to PM and prepare Site Activities using information transferred by the PM/CSM/LCM.

- To coordinate the execution of the field activities leads by ISM or FSE and supported by coordinators in order to achieve defined targets (customer satisfaction and installation within budget).

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Control and manage offers, prepare and delivery documentations, drive and optimize installation and LCM acitivity cost.

- Coordinate properly the installation team or LCM program.

- Deliver the right weekly reports from site.

- Act as unique entry point and leader for all issues related to site activities management.

- Ensure and respect H&S plan during all on site activities.

- Repect milestone and lead site until Customer satisfication.

- Verify and identify fulfillment of contractual on site obligations and transfer to GAM/AM/CSM/SPM/PM extra cost related to technical or customer in attendance.

- Plan and allocate the right ISM from day one of installation and execution of site acitvities wihtin contractual milestones with compliant of contractual specifications.

PRE-REQUIREMENTS :

Education : Bachelor degree with the major in Engineering, Mechanical or Process

Experience : at least 5 years in similar industry or Customer Service business. Advanced technical knowledge and broad knowledge for bottling or packaging industry products is appreciated.

Competences / Specific knowledge :

- Good organization skill and reporting skill

- Team management and leadership

- Customer-oriented

- Self-sufficient and proactive

- Good communication skill

- English proficiency, other language is a plus

- Good knowledge for Sidel products
