MISSIONS:
? Manufactured Sidel machinery parts for production requirements.
? Operate Welding machines, Passiavtion, shot blasting and testing equipment to produce manufactured parts
? Maintains all machines above
? Assure that all machines are operating within required norms from programming, tooling, maintenance, quality and dimensions output.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Analyzes drawings and specifications, to determine program input data such as hole sizes, tool size.
? Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
? Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as welding machines, grinders, and shapers..
? Calculates and sets controls to regulate welding factors.
? Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance welding, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.
? Selects, sets, analyzes and suggests welding tools necessary to produce specific part features
? Properly maintains and qualifies too holders, probes, tool measuring devices
? Inspected and maintains machines
? Analyzes and resolves work problems
? Maintains time and production operation information in SAP and other DB's as required.
? Performs activities of workers supervised.
? Clears swarf, dust, chemical material, maintains operation characteristic of equipment in manufacturing such as oil level, calibration, jigs and fixtures
? Production of Sidel machinery parts according to Sidel standards and quality thereof.
? Participates in WCM sessions where machine operation is affected
? To perform other duties assigned by the management or superior effectively and efficiently.

PRE-REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Degree in manufacturing discipline
Experience: minimum 8 years relevant working experience in welding machinery operation.
