Purpose: To oversee all operations across four locations, provide leadership, and be the spokesperson for a rapidly growing business in an exciting industry.
Deliverables:
? Production: Provide Director of Nursery Operations with ample resources to execute production tasks
? Operations: Manage to annual budget costs and reduce production costs
? Sales: Oversee sales growth from XX in 2017, to XX in 2018, and XX in 2019.
? Marketing: Work closely with Market Director to be the bearer of the vision.
? Finance: Work closely with Finance Director to finance and manage costs.
? Government relations: form and manage large government relationships at each location, coaching up operations managers.
? Business development: focused on working on the business, rather than in it.
? Industry participation: Participate in industry tradeshows, conferences, and develop know how.

? 10-15+ years management experience
? 10+ years operations experience
? Government relations experience (or know how)
