Lead to reduce production equipment breakdown rate in order to ensure daily production and increase production efficiency
- Plan, organize and monitor daily maintenance, preventive maintenance and improvement for all equipment and facilities to ensure production needs and regulation requirements.
- Follow up the dashboard, improve and setup action plan with his team in order to reach the different Kpi's
- Make action on the 3 main issue for the different Kpi's
Manage and control spare parts
- Plan & manage spare parts and stock level information, shorten duration of spare parts shortage
- Optimize the spare part number by standardization
- Control the spare parts cost
Retain key staff, competency build up and backup
- Develop maintenance team and recruit high potential people
- Job rotation to keep position backup
- Competency gap analisis and training providing
- Improve the skill of people with the vision of the new project
Manage and reduce cost of repair and maintenance expense
- Manage and control repair and maintenance cost under budget
- Follow the different sub contract for PM on the facilies
Lead team to achieve a high level of quality and service
- Lead team to prompt repair of facilities and equipment, to reach a high service level of troubleshooting, improve the utilization of facilities and equipment.
Contribution to specific project
Support new offer project for launching on schedule
Contribution on facilities modification of Facilities (Water chiller, power Cabling, water piping ...), equipment approval, improvement and other issues solving in Product Realization Process


Requirement:
-Bachelor degree majored in mechanical/electrical/automation
-More than 3 years maintenance on-site experience and 2 years maintenance management experience
-Have electric industry experience
-Good at written and spoken English, CET4; MS Office, CAD; better understanding of PLC is preferred. Strong knowledge on maintenance tooling
