职位描述

Location: Bei Jing or Shanghai, Beijing, China


Responsibilities:

Purpose
Strategically manage tail end spend
Maximise value from Operational Contracts and implement FA and Category contracts
Work with regional Trading House Procurement Managers to optimise spend through Trading Houses
Be member of Regional CP Operations LT
Manage,coach and develop buyers within team

Accountabilities
Supporting multiple Businesses/Functions by delivering value through managing tail spend and operational contracts
Deliver commercial excellence in CP Operations Sourcing
Drive a model of individual Ownership & Accountability within the organisational structure
Deliver,value improvements,and operationalisation of contracts
Manage the staff,their delivery performance,appraisal,professional development and succession planning
Deliver TQ Operational Contract management to ensure contract commitments/benefits are being delivered/achieved
Drive compliance to the CMCP commercial assurance process
Interface with Business and Functional stakeholders across all Group disciplines
Drive ESSA to further streamline and simplify processes and activities in close coordination with RtP Management and System & Processes staff

Dimensions
- Staff; 25+ staff,a team of Buyers JG6 to JG4
- Tail end spend; between 300 and 550 Million US$
- Operational Contracts; between 550 and 1050
- Businesses; DS,DS M,UI,Corporate Functions and P&T Business
- Start with China business on board first

Special Challenges
- Manage the planned scope increase as per CP Operations consolidation phased approach within a business,country or Cluster
- Ensure business continuity for all new businesses
- Onboard new Buyers within CP Operations Sourcing
- Work with Senior Procurement Manager to kick-off Tail end spend management
- Effective and efficient operational contract management
- Manage transition plan from operational Procurement within the business to CP Operations.
- Drive continuous improvement aimed at efficiency in the operational procurement process

Requirements:

Additional comments
Fluent written and spoken English
Awareness of local cluster/country/business circumstances, sensitivities and imperatives

Experience and Qualifications required
- Self starter, proven leadership skills and ability to drive change
- Ability to manage ongoing change and reprioritise accordingly
- Senior functional leader, well respected within Country/Cluster/Business CP environment
5-10 years of CP experience will be an advantage
- Proven track record of delivering results and strong customer focus
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with ability to influence and motivate others
- Sound understanding of CP Operations and by preference multi business knowledge
- Proven track record of execution excellence and delivering results
- Strong procurement and/or commercial experience
