Location: Beijing, Beijing, China
Responsibilities:
- Annual Marketing Planning: Develop annual marketing calendar and SP&A plan. Support the planning process and responsible for subsequent implementation.
- Marketing Intelligence -Undertake yearly assessment of Construction Road/ Non Road industry (Market Trends; Customer Needs,Success Drivers & Business Model; Profit levers and Competition)
- CVP Development & Drive Implementation through SPANCOP including development and owner of the following tools:
- Shell CVP/ Local Offer Book
- Customer Segmentation Tool
- Route to Market / CRM/ SPANCOP
- Value Selling Implementation
- Owner of the local value selling framework and undertake regular review of local value selling framework including update on customer insight.
- Regional focal point to support and coach local sales in implementation of value selling framework
- Customer & Product Life Cycle Management:,Technology Monetization
- PPA/ PPM (Product Portfolio Management)
- Focal Point of CPA/ CPM (Customer Portfolio Analysis & Management)
- Marketing focal Point of Thiopave and solution to drive commercialization.
- Events & Communication:
- Develop Local Communication Material
- Value Based Pricing:
- Value Equivalence Line (co-owns and drives understanding of Value Equivalence Line for Sector along with pricing).
- Strategic Planning - Support the Point B strategy and product portfolio
- Minimum 25% time in market place with sales and customers
Requirements:
Personal & Business Skills -
- Strategic, Commercial and Delivery Mindset. Strong Analytical capability.
- Leadership Skills - Strong in building shared vision, championing customer and stakeholder focus, delivering result through others and in Interpersonal effectiveness
- Good communication and interpersonal skill to interface with global and local counterparts.
- Very good English
Experience:
- Prior experience in B2B sales and marketing with project management experience an added plus.
