职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责建立法务管理体系，并参与涉及法律方面公司制度的制定、修改工作；
2、 负责分析及预测企业运营过程中存在的隐患和现实风险，提出合理化建议和可实施方案；
3、 负责重大项目决策给予法律支持，参与公司兼并、收购、投资、招标、投标等重要经济活动，为公司重大经营决策提出法律意见；
4、 负责审核、修订各类经济合同、协议，推动合同标准化工作；
5、 负责公司诉讼、仲裁及其他法律纠纷事务，参与公司日常合规类审查与法律风险控制，做好案件预测和风险评估工作；
6、 负责编制法律法规清单，及时向各部门发放，做好查询和更新工作；
7、 负责公司知识产权管理和维权工作；
8、 负责开展公司全员普法工作，并进行法律知识培训工作；
9、 上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、法学专业本科及以上学历，通过国家司法考试，法学硕士学历或海外留学背景者尤佳；
2、30-35周岁，具有5年以上法务工作经验，有无线互联网公司从业经验者优先；
3、熟悉商标法、信息安全、知识产权、公司治理等方面法律专业知识；
4、有一定社会法律资源和影响力。
