Responsibilities:

Gaining knowledge of gasification process and plant operation.
Participate in BOD (Basis of Design).
Participate in BDP (Basic design package) such as process simulations, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), datasheets.
Participate in BDEP (Basic design engineering package) such as updating PFD, datasheets, logics, Line list piping specification, material specification etc.
Participate in HAZOP(Hazard and Operability) and 3D model reviews.
Engage with contractors during BDEP phase like review, reply questions, meetings etc.
Support during construction, commissioning, start up and operate the service team.
Knowledge of equipment such as static equipment, rotating equipment, instrumentation, control civil, electrical.
Potentially assist in PMCI (Pre Mechanical Completion Inspection) and MCI.
On request of service team participating in commissioning/operation activities like:
Together with control team performing on request.
Coal circulation.
Start up assistance together with other teams.
Assisting in performance tests.
Assisting in trouble shooting.
Participate in Lesson Learned database.
Assist control team with reviewing of logics.
Updating documentation.
Supporting commercial team NBD (New business development).
Assisting in training to clients (Class room training, simulator training).
Attending conferences.

Requirements:

Engineering degree Bachelor/Master/PhD in process/chemical engineering.
Preference is given to people with relevant work experience in process industry executing the phase of BOD, BDP, BDEP.
Skills in simulation packages.
Knowledge of equipment such as static equipment, rotating equipment, instrumentation, control civil, electrical Have strong analyzing skill and capabilities.
Open attitude, be innovative to new/improved solutions based on practical usage.
Team work spirits; Capable of effectively work in a multifunctional and diverse team.
Knowledge HAZOP and 3D model review experience.
Innovative.
Trouble shouting skills.
Good technical instructing/training skill.
Good communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining healthy work relation.
Client oriented, commercial attitude.
Capable to communicate in English in writing and verbal.
Good at presentation, capable of giving presentation about high quality service programs and high-tech involved reports to clients.
Skillful in computer usage.
