Leverage experience in analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance of software applications to develop, enhance, and modify Tektronix SSO IT and business applications. Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of interfaces, extensions, data conversions and customizations for supporting normal business operations. Works closely with business analysts and business owners throughout the full life cycle of projects. Maintains responsibility for providing support by responding to help desk tickets and assist users in resolving issues with the defined IT and business applications. Responsible for promoting code changes and enhancements through development and test instances and coordinating release to production with stakeholders. Works under limited supervision.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
? Participate in all aspects of business applications, development, deployment, and support, both technically and functionally.
? Develop creative solutions to challenging business problems by implementing software interfaces, data conversions, and customizations.
? Lead teams by collaborating with business owners on new functionality requests and production support.
? Manage all aspects of projects including functional requirement and technical specification development, task breakdown and timelines, project implementation, and training and support.
? Document all aspects of project implementation.
? Assist in the training, development, and mentoring of other team members.
? Interface with business analysts and business owners on new functionality requests and production support issues
? Develops functional requirements and develops technical specifications to support them
? Provides task breakdown and timelines in order to meet established delivery dates
? Develops applications, enhancements, extensions and interfaces using standard development technologies and methodology
? Assists in the training, development, and mentoring of other team members 举报 分享
