职位描述：
Major Function:
1-Be responsible for the design, fabrication and trial of injection molding tools
2-Technically lead to create 3D/2D models, specifications and other technical documents for injection molding tools
3-Work with various business units on key projects where the injection molding tool is vital to the success
4-Provide design input and critique of the injection molding tool for key OEM suppliers
5-Be responsible for the proper maintenance & repair of production tools
6-Stay current with the industry on leading edge technologies involved with the injection molding tools

Major Requirement:
1-Bachelor degree or above with mechanical background
2-At least 10 years of working experience in injection molding tool design, fabrication and trial
3-Strong hands-on knowledge of injection molding process and how injection molding tool impacts the process
4-Strong hands-on knowledge of common equipment used for the fabrication of injection molding tools
5-Strong work ethic with ability to juggle multiple tooling jobs with tight deadline
6-Managerial experience preferred

Relationships and Contacts:
Supervisory Relationships: Directly report to: Manager – Product engineering
Organization Relationships: Frequent contact with Purchasing, Quality, Operations. External contacts with Suppliers 举报 分享
