Seeking 4 PeopleSoft Business Analysts for a global business to leverage and expand the use of various modules and to provide moderate technical support.

Responsible for implementing, managing, maintaining and supporting the modules in general and within a specialization area. The successful candidate will be responsible for and participate in rolling out these modules and adapting functionality to meet the business needs as part of a global implementation team.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of solution delivery, from requirement gathering to production roll out
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps with the processes/systems
• Facilitate the implementation of IT solution by analyzing business needs, defining project scope, rationalizing requirements, identifying best solution fit/gap, designing process and PS solutions, and supporting solution roll-out
• Document various artifacts such as project initiation document, workshop discovery document, cost benefit analysis, business requirements document, functional requirements document, and UAT test cases
• Lead change management efforts via training and communication
• Coordinate UAT prior to production releases
• Support and coordinate with users/branch offices during the transition phase
• Build, test, rollout and maintain configuration and customizations
• Coordinate with other module leads and the PeopleSoft Product Manager on interactions with other modules to enhance process flow, functionality and consistency of approach
• Troubleshoot production issues associated with configuration and/or process
• Document and assist in the vetting and prioritization of enhancement requests
• Assist in providing support and issue resolution regionally and globally

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands on PeopleSoft experience in versions 8.8 or above. Experience with 9.x preferred
• Module specialization demonstrated by in-depth understanding and work experience
• Basic understanding of all PS modules and the way they interact with each other
• Experience with PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Toad, SQL
• Light technical background would be an advantage
• Group facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts so they are easily understood
• Will require domestic and international travel
