Insights Supervisor plays a key role in building MB relationship with client, towards assisting and partnering client insights team on their projects. The Supervisor is expected to use his/her knowledge of market research and Millward Brown tools towards helping client insights team to execute and monitor different projects as well as partner them to turn data into insights.
Key responsibilities
1) As a member of Insights team of Coca-Cola , the role would be responsible
? Interact with brand and IMC teams to understand their issues, translate and how insights from research can help in their decision.
? Liaise with research agency partner towards briefing them on the research and information needs and to evolve a methodology which is timely and cost-effective, organizing for the research to be done (in terms of liaison for any stimulus requirements etc.) and in also evolving insights which can help answer business needs.
? Attend training and meetings organized by insights team, and assess as to how to maximize insights from different researches towards answering business question
2) As a member of MB Greater China Coca-Cola team , the role would be responsible for
? Gain knowledge around the category and the business issues and be willing to learn from the line manager at client side towards building and sharpening analyses and insights skills, which should ultimately help to address client’s business issues.
? Build rapport with client’s insights team and brand/IMC/media team by being a good listener (towards understanding client’s concerns and needs relating to business issues) and where possible also contributing to internal discussions, towards being seen as an internal trusted advisor.
? Gain knowledge around how projects are initiated and executed by client insights team and partner them in creating an efficient and effective process towards helping manage scale and scope of projects, understanding cost inputs of different projects and evolving research design which can help address relevant business issues in a cost-effective manner.
