职位描述：
Product Engineer:

We are hardware manufacturing organization with contract manufacturers(supplier) building our Sun server at Asia. Our team helps to manage the engineering & quality deliverable from these local suppliers.

Tasks to be assigned:
-Deliver Product/Test/FA/RCCA Statement of Work (SOW) to EM/JDM/ODM suppliers
-Process lead within the Operations Product team
-Develop/Drive closure of supplier process capability gaps
-Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) delivery through a leverage model
-Work closely with Oracle/partner Development Engineering Team and partner NPI Ops team to ensure Design For Manufacturability and Testability are integrated into the product during the New Product Introduction phase
-Identification of quality trends, Analysis and Assessment of impacts
-Work with test engineering to deliver Oracle unique test infrastructure & process
-First Article Inspection process management
-Run the asset tagging process with each EM to ensure that Oracle assets are tagged as per our process

Qualification:
-Knowledge on ORT/RQT requirement setting, MTBF tool
-Knowledge on Unix OS/FW/POST/OBP/VTS diagnostic suite & ATS+ a plus
-Knowledge on both PCBA & system test processes( ICT/BFT/IST/SAT....)
-Knowledge on HW product life cycle process
-Thorough understanding of desktop computer hardware/architecture
-Leadership and influencing skills
-Thorough understanding of manufacturing and test processes for desktop computer and/or server production
-Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
-Root cause analysis/FMEA exposure
-Fluent Mandarin(Chinese).
-Must have excellent English communication skills (written & interpersonal), with minimum requirement CET. 6.
-Strong project management and organization skills
-Must be willing to travel/resident at supplier manufacturing sites frequently to support remote activities as required
