Archibat Asia is looking for a Procurement Leader (QS Background) for a European Engineering project consultancy firm.
Business trip in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend and manage the procurement of the cost consultant
- Review and manage the cost plan
- Evaluate/pre-qualify sub-contractors/suppliers with KCC
- Cost reporting control and management
- Establish and manage a change management procedure with a log of events and resolution
- Prepare a bid schedule and update as required by MPM
- Preparation of bid documentation (including BOQ) and manage bid process
- Bid analysis and recommendation (with KCC)
- Technical issues
- Commercial issues
- Contract administration
- Identify key issues, risks etc. and monitor and report on them
