-英语听说读写熟练 ，普通话发音标准，善于交流

-工作积极主动，良好的沟通能力及学习能力 ，能承受一定的工作压力

-负责公司前台接待及电话接转工作；
-公司人员的外出登记,来访人员的接待,面试人员的登记--负责复印文档、收发传真、信件、报刊、文件等，订水、信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系；
-及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
-受理会议室预约，协调会议时间；
-负责办公用品的申购、入库、领用、发放等工作，保证公司办公用品充足；
-负责各级主管交办出差安排等各项工作：酒店、机票预订等；
-负责监督办公区的卫生情况；
-固定资产的管理和维护，办公设备的日常维护，办公设备故障报修；
-完成上级交给的其他事务性工作
-遵守APAXGroup各项行为规范准则

APAX RECREATION
APAX Recreation is committed to creating an in-depth experience tourism destinations with international IP operations platform that sets “Culture" "Sports" "Tourism" “Education" as the core with five pillars as the content - customized travel, content media, health data analysis, sport competition operations and outdoor e-commerce all in one.

Discovery Adventures Park is the Key IP project introduced and hatched by APAX Recreation.

APAX Recreation introduced an international premium IP to China. Creating the world's first Discovery Adventures Park and giving Discovery a new 'LBE' concept - Discovery Comes to Life. The first park location is in Moganshan, Zhejiang China. APAX Recreation brings the content and spirit of Discovery to life with an outdoor lifestyle approach and three main ambition - ecotourism, outdoor sports, and education all in one. And from there, continue to launch more theme parks worldwide.
