1.Job Summary/Position Purpose
Primarily responsible for unloading, loading, disassembling, assembling, material cutting, assembling heating & cooling and welding, dynamic balancing, furnace roll drying and etc./主要负责装卸货、拆卸工件、组装工件、下料、冷装、热装、焊接、动平衡、炉辊烘烤等工作。
2. Major Responsibilities
1. Operate saw machine, MAG, TIG, turning gear, drill machine, exhaust system of welding machine, dynamic balancing machine and daily maintain them./操作锯床、气保焊、氩弧焊、辊轮架、钻床、除尘系统、动平衡等，并负责日常维护。
2. Welding such as point welding, all-welded, build up welding journal & roller body, dynamic balancing, blanking and etc./负责点焊、满焊、堆焊、动平衡、下料等工作。
3. Disassemble and assemble sleeve, cap, bearing etc./拆卸、安装轴套、球形帽、轴承等。
4. Cut material according to the drawing./ 根据图纸下料。
5. Assemble Heating & cooling journal and then weld it./ 负责轴头热装或者冷装，然后焊接轴头。
6. Manage 5S of AOR (area of responsibility)./ 区域内5S管理。
7. Transport of roll in the AOR (area of responsibility)./区域内辊子转运。
8. Manage tools and machines./设备、工具管理。
9. Make fixture./工装制作。
10. Unload and load with crane./装卸货。
11. Assist work with the other colleagues./协助其他同事工作。
12. The other work assigned by the workshop supervisor./ 其它临时性的工作。
3. Education, Qualifications and Skills
1. Technical school diploma or above./ 中技或以上学历
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in welding stainless steel and tool steel with MAG and TIG./至少5年以上使用气保焊、氩弧焊焊接不锈钢和工具钢经验。
3. Minimum 2 years working experience in a metal processing environment, especially in mill roll manufacture./至少2年以上在金属加工企业经验，特备是轧辊制造厂的经验。
4. Experience in using lifting, handling and transporting equipment, such as cranes and fork lifts./使用起重设备的经验。
5. Good communication skill and team cooperation ability./良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
