Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Beijing)
Job Description:
1).Based in Extron China - Beijing Sales Office
2).Assist A/V resellers with A/V system designs, and technical support.
3).Provide the customized training to A/V resellers on Extron products
4).Develop an ongoing and sustainable relationship with A/V resellers, system integrator,
subcontractors to promote Extron products and S3 philosophy.
5).Ability to work flexible hours, as required, provide technical support in the region

Qualifications:
1). Bachelor degree preferred, in Computer, Communications, Electronics or equivalent
2). Prefer 5 years or more professional A/V industry experience
3). Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, computer-literate
4). Solid knowledge of Professional A/V Industry & Products or demonstrated ability to
learn technical-oriented products quickly
5). Self-motivated and a team play. Initiative to solve problems and seek improvement
