Key Duties/Responsibilities

1. Taking responsibilities for ensuring training room/venue, equipment, training supplies/materials, catering/banquet arrangement, transportation and other requirements well prepared in advance
2. Coordinating the preparation of enrolment for all training events and assisting Sales Team on enrolment & confirmation process
3. Assisting in printing up of training materials / handouts
4. Assisting in training set up/clear up before and/or after a training event
5. Working with AV Technician pertaining to shipping document (packing list, etc) and coordinating with forwarder on pick up, delivery and collection of training gears.
6. Recording and Updating the training attendance report
7. Consolidating the Marketing Survey(feedback) questionnaires & Training Evaluation forms following training events and compiling/communicating feedback to the training supervisor/technical trainer
8. Keeping data of training supplies/materials up to date and assisting in stock check and doing the necessary replenishment if applicable
9. Providing general admin assistance and support for the training supervisor/technical trainer...
10. Other training admin tasks not covered by the above

Qualifications

1. 2+ years relevant work experience preferred

2. Good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English, Computer Literacy
3. Attention to details, Organization skills a necessity
4. Ability to work a flexible hours as needed
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced & team environment
