Report to Training Manager

General purpose of the role
Works as an internal training specialist within a world-class contact center

Main responsibilities
Be responsible for new hire training, undertake technical training responsibilities for a global top mobile phone contact center, be responsible for training material translation and training coordination.


Qualification
Bachelor Degree of Science is a must
At least 2 years working experience as trainer or tier 2 technical support
With good presentation skill
With well organized mind, detail oriented and result oriented
Prefer to have related work experience in mobile phone industry or in multinational companies
