Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Advise on organization design and manpower planning to support business priorities/plans;
- In Charge of local recruitment to meet with manpower needs of the Company and recommend compensation package;
- Ensure headcount approval is in place;
- Develop and review job description and requirement;
- Provide interview support as appropriate;
- Overseeing the offer process;
- Develop Manager capabilities undertaking in effective recruitment.
Remuneration & Payroll:
- Assist in the annual performance & salary review process including preparing of salary increase spreadsheets, coordinating with relevant managers to complete performance management;
- Assist in the preparation of annual compensation and benefit review and proposal through benchmarking with market practice to ensure competitiveness;
- Manage the compensation and benefit plans including payroll, annual review, leave record and all staff benefit plans;
- Ensure compliance with all required HR policies and employment ordinances.
Performance Management and People Development:
- Implement performance management process;
- Ensure employee set SMART objectives;
- Facilitate annual & mid-year performance review;
- Encourage frequent dialogue between manager and employee, create mentor and coach culture which enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Drive the Talent Review process, facilitate the IDP(Individual Development Plan) and the succession plan.
Organization Development & Culture Development:
- Design appropriate Organization Chart of Company to grow the efficiency and effectiveness of Management.
- Give the training to local team about Corporate Strategy, Culture, and Policies and drive the execution process.
- Drive culture and values and reinforce teamwork and learning culture.
HR Policy & Procedure:
- Review current HR policy and procedures, make sure align with market practice;
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
- B.S. Degree in Business related discipline
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
- Excellent English written / oral communication and presentation skills.
- At least five years related experience, with a minimum of 2 of these exposed to recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills.
- Good judgment and high confidence level.
