职位描述：
岗位职责
1、制定公司知识产权实施计划；
2、负责公司专利布局、挖掘、申请与管理工作；
3、负责公司软件著作权申请与管理工作；
4、主持推动与公司相关的标准建设工作；
5、配合公司相关部门进行研发项目或研发方案的专利风险和评估；
6、协助法务部门处理知识产权相关诉讼。
7、关注获取政府相关政策的信息，分析政府产业政策和相关标准；
8、申报各级政府部门的各种资金、基金和政策性支持，起草撰写相关公文报告；
9、申请各类与企业业务相关的资质、牌照、行业准入资格等 
任职要求
1、本科以上学历具备3年以上知识产权工作经验，有知识产权事务所工作经验者优先；
2、独立撰写各类知识产权、政府项目、相关资质等申报文件；
3、具有较强的英文阅读能力，能够熟练阅读英文资料；
4、有良好的沟通协调能力，善于统筹各项事务，善于沟通及团队协作，较强的语言和文字表达能力。 举报 分享
