Window person chassis for Project “KP1”
The missions of the window person chassis are :
a. Chassis components :
i. collect the data : architecture of chassis, components files (specification, drawings, test reports …)
ii. exchange with partner / partner’s components suppliers in order to understand the design referential,
iii. share the data with PSA experts in China & in central office
iv. store the data under PSA IT system (to be defined).
b. Follow KP1 development of chassis for PSA in order to prepare industrialization outside China : be the interface between PSA offices and the partner for all technically related topics (in the respect of the job-share between PSA and partner).
The service will be realized in Shanghai, Dingzhou (Hebei) and Chongqing with travels in China.

Deliverables regarding the localization of chassis components :
Architecture of chassis sub-systems (brake, suspension, steering, axles, wheels, driveshafts) :
Design methodology / mission profile / acceptance criteria
Calculation report
Validations :
? Subcontractor (if any)
? Test procedure
? Test reports
Bill Of Material
For each component :
? Drawings / Specifications (functionnal or built-to print) including Essential Functional Characteristics
? Supplier
? Test procedure and validation criteria
? Test reports on bench (DV / PV)
? Assembly process / invariants.
Education : Master
Work experience : 5 years
Language : Chinese + English fluent
Technical skills :
？ Good master of the mechanical design
？ Current use of the Chinese + English (speaking/writing/understanding)
？ Knowledge of the technical of chassis : function, architecture + components (brake, suspension, steering, axles, wheels, driveshafts)
？ Knowledge of project development for chassis
？ Experience in the PSA environment.
Soft skills : decision making / communication / quick learner / work standards / problem solving.
