职位描述

Essential Responsibilities:

Program Sourcing & Business Unit Interface (BUI's) provides the Strategic Business Units with a single interface. Responsible to prioritize the BU requirements and goals and to lead activities regarding product material cost, supplier technology alignment and supply assurance.
? Responsible for Infotainment program sourcing (Launch to End Of Life) and BUI activities for Asian based customers
? Responsible to develop long term program sourcing strategies for Infotainment programs
? Interface daily with senior management team of strategic business units on P&L materials targets
? Required to work independently prepare and lead executive meetings for Business Units and Procurement
? Responsible for program procurement deliverables from New Product Launch (NPL) to End of Life (EOL)
? Responsible as lead interface and advocate between Business Unit and Procurement
? Responsible to drive material cost savings for assigned business units for new and existing products
? Responsible to lead and develop materials pricing in support of RFQs and new business development
? Required to establish and lead regular working and executive level meetings
? Lead VA/VE, design-to-cost and product tear down initiatives
? Conduct material and supplier risk assessments, establish KPI's and implement process improvement
? Identify and drive improvement in Best Cost Country (BCC) status
? Support, material expedites, quality issues and product transfer activities


Basic Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree Business, ME, IE or Quality Engineering a Masters degree in Business is preferred


Experience

? 4 years or more related experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Mgt. Program Management, Program Sourcing with a record of increasing responsibility
