职位描述：
? Experience with Spyglass-DFT on one or more designs.
? Experience with Timing Analysis - Clock Tree Analysis.
? Experience with at least one or more DFT verification solutions, VCS, Simvision, NC-verilog
? Experience with shell scripting, RTL coding, verilog, scripting in Tcl and/or Perl/Python
? Experience with atleast one or more MBIST solutions, Tessent MemoryBIST, Synopsys SMS, ATRENTA Spyglass
? Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules both in RTL lint tool (like spyglass)
? Experience on DFT concepts of BIST, MEMBIST, and JTAG
? Lint checking and analysis for DFT
? Desired familiarity in using version control tools like Clearcase, CVS
? Desired familiarity with DfX concepts.
? Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
? Ability to do multi-tasking & work on several high priority designs in parallel.
? Excellent problem solving skills
