职位描述：

1. support HR Manager to do annual people review and action plan follow up
2. lead mid year/ annual performance review
3. lead competency review at plant level
4. provide tailored solution and approach to business managers to support people &performance development

1. responsible for workforce plan review for both DVC and NDVC staff
2. lead NDVC staff hiring working with staffing team and provide qualified candidates to business according to people planning
3. regular tracking DVC hiring status and ensure to meet business requirement

1. Lead plant ER activities to improve employee relationship
2. Support HR Mgr to handle ER case

1. Responsible all HR reporting to ensure data accuracy
2. Prepare monthly report and QBR

1. Lead HR project or work as team member involved in HR project team
2. Work closely with Business and HR SSC on People selection. Clearly understand the requirements of candidate from the business needs，and ensure the communication accurately and in time among the three parties.
3. Support team member on training/ engagement and activities

1. University degree with major in English/education/BA
2. at least 5 years HR related role experiences in MNC
3. Familiar manufacturing operation system&KPI
4. Logical thinking with clear presentation skill
5. be able to meet challenge/ change and achieve commitment
6. proficient in English/ MS office
