Accountabilities:

Support the marketing development, and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell efforts.
The Marketing Executive role contributes to the delivery of the sales revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy that targets existing and new markets.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager for China, your main accountabilities include the coordination and implementation of marketing and PR strategies, advertising campaigns, and trade marketing activities. Organize, plan, and coordinate events and sponsorship activations. Work with the local and HQ teams to create Chinese content for global social media feeds.
Identify, plan and execute marketing best practices maintaining marketing standards and compliance to support in developing the business strategy and ethics to build relationships, collaborate, identify opportunities, and assist in achieving the airlines commercial objectives.
You will also be responsible to co-manage external marketing campaigns, liaising with the local media, PR and creative agencies, to execute the marketing plan and ensure cost effective use of marketing spend. Including administration support, preparing documents related to the Finance department.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing or equivalent, with over 2 years experience in Marketing in a large company or marketing agency.
Consumer marketing experience, planning and analytic skills will be essential.
Excellent oral and written communications and customer service skills.
Proven ability to develop, maintain and foster relationships with all levels of company management, external partners, and sponsors. Ability to prioritise, organize with a ‘can-do’ approach to all projects; effectively present and resolve critical business initiatives. Adaptability, and the ability to solve problems, collect and interpret data, and draw valid conclusions.
