As part of our continued growth, Dialog Semiconductor seeks Logistics Operation Supervisor to provide routine logistics support to the global sales/FAE team; align System Level HTOL and QVT activities with multiple functional teams; coordinate locally on PCBG Seminar/Exhibition/Training activities; oversee various administrative functions in Shenzhen office.

The role – Logistics Operation Supervisor
Working in PCBG SZ AE team based in Shenzhen, you will:
? Handle Logistics preparation and shipment arrangement on all PCBG events/activities:
o Engineering Samples & EVBs distribution to global team
o Local Seminar, Training and Exhibition logistics support
? Line up with System/Quality/AE team and external contractors on coordinating the SL-HTOL and QVT testing process:
o Lead the local arrangement on the SL-HTOL and QVT outsource contracting services and provide regular reporting to the associated team members.
? Be an administrative contact window for PCBG AE team with global Sales / FAE / Marketing / Operation team:
o Consolidate the general requests from the global teams and provide instant service information or alignment with corresponding AE team members for follow up.
o Work with the Corporate team on implementing the Dialog systems.
o Cope with the Corporate audit management, SOX, Facility, IT and Finance team.
? Lead a team to carry out office administration support to ensure the normal daily operations:
o Office expenses management, petty cash control and provide operation report.
o Administrative support – office operation, security management and attendance log report, express package in/out control.

What we are looking for:
? 2 - 4 years of working experience in logistics management with people supervising skill.
? Related technical knowledge and experience in power electronics.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills in multi-national working environment.
? Fluency in English (both oral and written).
? Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering with some office administration experience.
