Title: Product Manager, 2-Stroke
Responsibilities
-Lead projects/tasks within Product Management and other departments
- Reporting to the General Manager X35 and X40 low speed Diesel engines who is based in Switzerland.

- Support General Manager in developing and maintaining short and long term strategy and plans (i.e. modifications/upgrades/cost down) for engines in area of responsibility
-Assist General Manager in answering inquiries of Licensees and shipyards
-Assist General Manager in handling warranty cases in relation with Customer Assistance Center
-Share the engine expertise with other Product Management and Product Engineering members
- Prescribe and achieve targets for manufacturing cost down and warranty reduction throughout the lifetime of the product.

- Provide excellent meeting minutes and documentation pertaining to design improvements and technical meetings with licensee manufacturers.

Requirements
-Experience with 2-stroke Diesel engines preferable
-Good command of English and Chinese
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Comfortable working in a multicultural environment

Education
-Minimum MSc in Design Engineering (Marine or Mechanical) or equivalent working experience
- must be able to illustrate excellent career achievements and practical experiences within an engine manufacturing industry.

Experience
-Marine Engineering (Mechanical or electrical)
-Minimum 10 years work experience
