Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and implements effective channel management strategy and creates programs that create interest for companies to become distributors.

Identifies potential distributors' needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests. Meets distributor recruitment quota as set by the Company.

Partners with sales manager to provide support to distributors in identify potential end-users and drive opportunities.

Devises implements and monitors programs to drive revenues through these channel partner.

Develops initiatives and processes to obtain regular feedback from distributors on distribution channel strategy and programs.

Maintains a reliable communication mechanism with sales, marketing and other departments to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.

Required Education/Experience

Bachelor degree or above business or related field.

5+years progressive industry experience with extensive successful experience in developing and recruiting a distributor channel.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.

Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and methodologies.

Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high- pressure environment.

Good command of written and oral English.

Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
