PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for sales and performance development of Pharmaceutical Equipment in Jiangsu, Henan, Jiangxi, Fujian and other provinces.
2. Develop a business Plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
3. Assist customers in the proper application and selection and of company products, as well as capable to adjust customer expectations if necessary.
4. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
5. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
6. Provides timely feedback to line manager regarding performance.
7. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
8. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
9. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1.More than 8 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, pharma manufactureing or R&D in pharamaceutical Industry.
2.More than 5 years‘ experience in Pharmaceutical industry, biopharmaceutical or Lqiuid Pharma experience is preferred.
3.More than 3 years’ experience in a multinational company equivalent to GEA is preferred.
4.Strong understanding of customer and market and requirements.
5. Bachelor degree or above in pharmaceutical or related engineering degree, biopharmaceutical or lqiuid pharma degree is preferred.
6. Strong written and oral communication skills.Fluent in both oral & written English.
7. Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and strong sales achievement. Microsoft office and Windows software.
8. Team-work oriented, flexible and strongly committed to achieve results.
9. Willingness to travel
10.Flexible, team-oriented and ready to work under pressure.
11.Good communication and negotiation skills.
