Major Responsibilities:


Support and Maintain CRM
Manage internal Audit (CRM and MS)
Develop periodic service quality Report
Support new & renewal process management and client set-up


Qualifications:


Education:
Educated to Bachelor degree level

Experience :
Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical
Experienced in 1-3 years Account Management /Client Service role
Experience in working in a multinational Company is a plus , Service industry background is preferred
Research experience valuable
