导师-Mentor
岗位职责：
参与、协助青少事业部年度战略的制定、审议、审计。
按照教学管理系统的要求完成所有教学工作。
按照教学管控体系安排严格执行轮岗制。


任职资格：
1. 24岁以上，本科以上学历，有教育教学管理经验、教学研究、教学管控经验。有留学背景者（英美澳加四国为标准）。
2. 培训经历：教育、教学管理培训。有TOEFL 雅思考试成绩者优先。
3. 经验：有1-2年以上教育行业从业经验。
4. 技能：具有极强的敬业精神、人际沟通技能、执行力强、熟练使用Office。
5. 个性特征：学习能力强，能承受工作压力，沟通时和善、坚定。
