Job Discription:

1.Recognize wholesales revenue and issue VAT invoice on time, ensure the revenue recognition method complies with the corporate policy;
2.Work with related functional departments tightly for open accounts control;
3.Monitor the wholesale account register and goods delivery status, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of wholesale invoices and avoid any delays;
4.Monitor the procedure and document filing are in line with company internal control policy and compliance;
5.Liaise with the wholesale customers for monthly account reconciliation;
6.Follow up aged receivables and drive the collection from delinquent customers to minimize doubtful debts;
7.Assist for accounting platform design for new business module such as Ecommerce;
8.Assist and work with the team members for any new task assigned.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.More than 5 years related experience, at least three years experiences in apparel industry; familiar with US GAAP and China GAAP;
3.Team work with good communication skill, can work under pressure;
4.Fluent English writing and speaking;
5.Positive thinking and carefulness;
6.Good at Windows Office software skill, esp. Excel. PowerPoint;
