Job Responsibility

-Customizes course materials to more effectively meet customer needs.

-Responsible for recruiting, training and monitoring facilitators based on approved standards and certification processes.

-Facilitates diverse training and development programs using a variety of learning and delivery methods.

-Develops methods and procedures to measure results of training programs, curriculum, and materials.

-Conducts and monitors the initial training of new employees and identifies and acts appropriately to deal with learner readiness and competency levels

-Interacts with Subject Matter Experts to develop specific course material, to ensure that the training supports the objective.

-Works with customers (external and internal) on contract specific projects.

Required Skills

-University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or Manufacturing Technology, plus eight years directly related work experience.

-Above 10 years working experience in Production or quality plus 2 years' experience in consulting industry.

-Master TS16949 and AIAG, have the experience to handle TS16949 project.

-Working knowledge of conformity standards in use in areas of expertise.

-Demonstrated ability to apply project-handling concepts in use in areas of expertise, including application to complex, new, or unusual products.

-Working knowledge of industry issues, needs, and problems
