Position Summary:
Entegris is seeking a Product Manager for the Liquid Filtration Division (LFD), reporting into the Consumer Electronics and New Markets Development Business Unit. This Business Unit services liquid filtration needs of a variety of industries, like Flat Panel Displays, Hard Disk Drive Manufacturing, Specialty Chemicals, and to certain extend, Semiconductors. Major Job Responsibilities are focused on Worldwide Managerment of Entegris liquid filtration products serving as the primary interface between the customers and Engineering and the manufacturing plants. The Product Manager manages assigned product line(s) to maintain market or grow share and improve profitability. He/she manages the product lifecycle for existing products within assigned lines with an emphasis on the later ¾ of the lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Initiating Product Improvement Programs and coordinating lead time and cost reduction programs;
2. Providing global forecasts for product lines on a regular basis;
3. Support manufacturing teams to improve inventory, lead times and backlogs;
4. Managing product line specials;
5. Enabling for sale of new products, specials and management of discount authority for overall margin targets;
6. Communication of product evaluation results in coordination with Applications and Sales teams;
7. Reviewing customer inquiries and complaint resolution of product design and/or quality after initial QA review/resolution;
8. Development of product datasheets and customer launch presentation packages ; provide launch training and ensure product visibility through Marcom;
9. Assist the field in the identification of appropriate products and supporting materials to meet customer needs or solve customer problems;
10. Responsible for supporting all internal aspecs of the product life cycle;
11. Manage customer notification of product obsolescence programs across all product lines to ensure smooth transition;
12. Advise Management and R&D of new product opportunities within product lines ; Working closely with Field Marketing and Sales to evaluate new product opportunities for preliminary technical and business feasibility, including worldwide revenue and market share opportunity;
13. Utilize project management skills to keep Product Development Program team focused on the product and business direction to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and on scope.

Qualitifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or material science;
2. Experience working in related technical area or academic equivalent;
3. Knowledge of liquid filtration, membrane material and Consumer Electronics processes encouraged
4. Exposure to sales, marketing and/or applications in a high tech industry, preferably Consumer Electronics;
5. Experience having served as a primary interface with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Field Sales and Marketing favored;
6. Experience in preparing project proposals, plans, schedules and budgets, as well as detailed reports and presentations;
7. Ability to effectively relate results through written and oral communications;
8. Work Experience Requirements: new or 2~3years experienced people preferred;
9. Language Ability: good English, native Chinese;
10. Certifications/License : Driving license essential;
11. PC Skill : good at MS office (Word, Power point, Excel), SAP knowledge favored;
