职位描述

Job Description:
-Develops new customer base by telephone, internet, and email prospecting within all regions of China.
-Manages the sales cycle by closing deals with prospective customers including face to face meetings that involve presenting to both small and large groups.
-Collaboratively works with colleagues to prepare customer quotes/bids with an eye toward maintaining profit margins for the company while providing value to the customer.
-Responsible for developing sales forecasts for the office and then meeting/exceeding those goals.
-Manages relationships with current customers to maintain current business as well as expand the business relationship.
-Works closely with the Vice President and Managing Director Asia-Singapore to develop sales and marketing strategies for China and identify industries that are a match for the value proposition.
-Conduct competitive analysis via available tools and resources to support continuous sales and marketing development.
-Performs other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
-Report weekly to the Singapore and USA management via email and teleconference.

Job Requirement:
1.Measurable Objectives
-Securing new business and maintaining an appropriate level of profit margins that will be established in conjunction with the Vice President.

2.Education & Experience
-The bachelor degree with a major of shipping, transportation or logistics is a must.
-Should have more than 5 years experience on the Break Bulk cargo.
-Preferably Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent and Job role in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.

3.Qualifications
-To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with a focus on growing the customer base.
-The candidate must haveoutstanding written and verbal communication skills and be comfor.
