职位描述
Job Description:
-Purpose (Describe your role and objectives within your Dept/Division and the boundaries faced - why the position exists, What it hopes to achieve and within what limits/constraints).
-Lead the engineering teams including SW, HW, SVT and other functions BSE, PM etc. to achieve department objectives of Telecom system development base on company budget policy.
-Define and improve the core competences of engineering department.
-Build up/maintain and strengthen engineering team base on department long term development objectives.
Job Requirement:
1.Education/Experience
-Bachelor degree or above.
-Minimum 8 years professional experience and minimum 4 years professional management experience.
-Experience in working for Japanese IT companies or working in project with Japanese IT companies.
-Technical experience of "Embedded software" in Telecom industry.
2.Special Knowledge and Skills
-Project Management skill, capable to run projects under multi-national culture and environment.
-Self pressure shouldering and emotion control; Good communication skill and good motivation skill.
-Capable to make decision base on the facts or with less facts and be responsible for the decisions.
-Knowledge of headcount planning, team development and project management.
-Capability in speaking Japanese and English in business level.
-Quick establishment of personal reputations to team members and customers.
3.Areas of responsibility
-Overall responsibility of engineering development projects.
-Engineering team building.
-Process and quality education for engineering team.
-Reporting to upper management and other relevant departments timely.
4.Measurement criteria
-Quality, Cost and Delivery meet or exceed the target.
-Human resource, competence development to satisfy short-term/long -term project requirement.
-Stability of engineering team.
-Customer satisfaction as well as internal quality goal achievement.
-Accuracy and timeliness of the report contents. Also, values added to the facts.
